The shift from the paradigm of the task to that of the skill acts as a transfer, if not more as a true revolution of ways of thinking and doing things in all areas of work. The health sector is not immune to this new situation. In training, nurse training institutes (IFSIs) participate in this change by focusing learning on the development of situated skills. Recent guidelines from the Ministry of Health will structure their programs around building a repository of expertise. This article aims to highlight the production of new knowledge that will build future training for nursing students.
